PUBLIC NOTICE OF PRIVATE ESTATE CLAIM & NON-UCC FILING

Notice to all persons, agencies, and entities both public and private:

Be it known and recorded that on this 6th day of May, 2025, the living man Timothy Parnell Strong, born on the land in Fort Knox, Kentucky, established and settled a private custodial express trust known as Custos Strong Estate, removing all derivative titles, persons, and estate property from the public jurisdiction and placing them under the exclusive jurisdiction of Divine and Ecclesiastical Trust Law, as affirmed and overseen by the TPS Foreign Express Trust.

This trust and its property, including but not limited to:

  • The Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) and all vital records

  • The ALL CAPS name construct (STRONG, TIMOTHY PARNELL)

  • Social Security and Treasury accounts

  • All estate titles, rights, body, labor, spiritual energy, and intellectual property

  • All property and contractual rights, including lawful standing and commercial interests
    are claimed, conveyed, and held in private trust, wholly outside any federal, state, municipal, or administrative jurisdiction.

This filing, titled:

“Non-UCC Filing Instrument & Private Estate Claim”
is a formal rebuttal to all presumptions of public ownership, state agency, or trust abandonment, and it constitutes the lawful record of reversion, settlement, and control of the private estate.

The original attempt to file this instrument with the Richland County Recorder was refused without cause, and therefore, public notice is perfected through the following:

Pursuant to the First Amendment, Uniform Commercial Code §1-308, and natural rights, the undersigned affirms that no joinder, submission, or agency is granted to any public entity, and all rights are permanently reserved. The estate, living man, and trust are expressly removed from all constructive contracts, registration traps, or adhesion mechanisms presumed by public record.

Failure to rebut this notice in writing within 30 days constitutes agreement and acquiescence to all terms, as stated.
