Notice is hereby given that the TPS Foreign Express Trust and associated declarations, conveyances, affidavits, and UCC filings have been lawfully established and recorded under private ecclesiastical and common law authority. Any objections or claims must be submitted in writing within the prescribed period of 30 days to the address provided. Failure to respond constitutes acquiescence and tacit agreement.
This publication constitutes lawful and sufficient notice under private trust law, ecclesiastical jurisdiction, and UPU treaty postal venue authority.

Public Notice of Trust Declaration and Estate Conveyance

Notice is hereby given that the Custodial Express Trust, a private ecclesiastical trust created by declaration, has received full conveyance of the Living Estate of Timothy Parnell Strong, including all lawful title, contracts, and identifiers previously presumed abandoned or decedent under statutory presumption.
This trust now operates with full equitable and custodial authority over the estate. The TPS Foreign Express Trust serves as ecclesiastical overseer under foreign trust jurisdiction.
Any rebuttals, claims, or lawful objections must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days to the address provided above. Failure to respond constitutes acquiescence, tacit acceptance, and constructive agreement.
This publication constitutes lawful and sufficient notice under private trust law, ecclesiastical jurisdiction, and UPU treaty postal venue authority.
UPDATE: June 12, 2025
The Ecclesiastical Ministry Charter & Internal Covenant is hereby formally included in the Non-UCC Filing Instrument for the Custos Strong Estate Trust.
This Charter affirms the foundational authority, purpose, and jurisdiction of the trust as an ecclesiastical and private organization operating under God-given natural law.
The document is attached below as Exhibit M and incorporated by reference into all previously filed public records.
